In a career spanning thirty years, Karl has been commissioned to photograph for Australia's leading corporate organisations in all corners of the globe.

Collaborating closely with clients has resulted in Karl often being represented in the annual Australian Graphic Designers Awards and Advertising AWARD. Personal work has been exhibited a number of times as a multiple finalist in the Olive Cotton Portraiture prize, the Moran Prize and as finalist and winner of the Head On portrait prize.

Three years in London, early in his career, further honed Karl's skills working in a particularly competitive market. Post production includes comprehensive photoshop retouching, whether it be removing facial blemishes or the logos of competitors appearing in an industrial landscape.
